HI65 JAM, [Add on Class] HI=Hi Intensity 65 =65 minutes of fun cardio routines. Hours 8:15-10-15 or to 11am with Pop-Up
10:00 AM - POP-UP class dates always posted on Member page and Instagram Story: Strength, Press & Pump, Boxing Boot-Camp, and more.
We offer personal training 7 days a week and open gym 6 days a week.
Prices range from $40-$85 per month. We are a no-contract, no-direct withdraw gym.
If you are a new member OR returning member, an appointment is positively needed for your 1st class.
